Deposit Requirement

To confirm a reservation, a $700 deposit is required at the time of booking, some larger vessels may require more. All charters are scheduled in advance, and dates are reserved exclusively for each client once the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid prior to departure unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Terms

Deposits are non-refundable, as the reserved time removes the yacht from availability and secures the captain and crew for your scheduled charter. In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled charter may be subject to the full charter amount.

Weather Policy

Charters operate in most weather conditions. Light rain, cloudy skies, or minor wind conditions do not qualify for cancellation. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, as determined solely by the captain, the charter will be rescheduled for a future date based on availability. When rescheduling is not possible, accommodations will be handled at management's discretion.

Mechanical Issues

In the rare event of mechanical issues or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the charter or provide a comparable vessel when available.

Agreement

By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
